Mrs. Merritt, who is coordinating the auctions, said that she hopes to collect donated items from all 50 states. You can either bring your donated item with you or ship it directly to:
John Ascuaga's Nugget Casino Resort Auction items should be received by Thursday morning, July 14, but late arrivals will most certainly be accepted. All proceeds from the auction will go towards the conference expenses. In the Silent Auction, each item will have a bid sheet and you bid by writing your name and bid on the sheet. This auction will begin Thursday morning and the persons with the highest bids on Saturday will be the winners. The live auctions will occur at sessions during the conference. The plan is to raise funds for Freedom 21 and have fun while doing it. Your participation will be greatly appreciated and it will be fun and interesting to see things representative of the different states.
